Much of my work has started with a simple question: What would make education better for children here?
Sometimes the answer has been a classroom. Sometimes a teacher training program. Sometimes a safeguarding system. Increasingly, sometimes the answer is technology.

Technology should not replace the teacher. Its best role may be removing the administrative friction that keeps teachers from their most important work.
Children need protection, but they also need room to decide, try, struggle, and recover. The challenge for parents is to support growth without taking it over.
Leadership looks different when the consequences of decisions are visible every day, in classrooms, conversations, budgets, buildings, and the lives of children.
A child-safe school cannot be built through rules alone. It requires culture, relationships, systems, and adults who understand their responsibility.
Children do not need parents who know every answer. They need adults who are present, honest, calm, and willing to grow alongside them.

My background began in English education and grew into school leadership, teacher development, child protection, community work, and educational technology.
I spend much of my time building Rahai School, supporting educators, developing systems, and learning how better education creates better opportunities for children.
